Profile Stacker
Profile Stacker-Single Stackers only have to fulfil one task, which is to stack profiles in cages. They have to do this quickly, smoothly and without disruption. Highly dynamic Profile Stackers or Profile Collectors ensure that the Feeder (Final Saw) is quickly unloaded in order to avoid congestion. REISCH also supplies additional equipment for handling interlayers.

Complete changeover from one way carton spacers to aluminium spacers: The aluminium extrusion factory ALCAN in Landau (D) changed over with the assistance of REISCH as a partner its complete production. All the factory systems as well as the necessary modification components were commissioned by REISCH within the appointed deadline.
Intermediate Storage-Handling
Optimisation of the complete process cycle time of a profile stacker: An old, semi-automatic intermediate spacer-feeder was completely replaced.
