Intermediate Storage-Handling

Optimisation of the complete process cycle time of a profile stacker: An old, semi-automatic intermediate spacer-feeder was completely replaced.

The new fully automatic intermediate store handler comprises mainly of two puffer positions for spacer boxes incl. conveyor feeder, a two axle manipulator as well as the necessary protection equipment. Plus: Additional minimisation of the cycle time through the complete replacement of the stacker main drive unit.
