This dismantling press has a press force of 1,200 kN and is designed for die holders with a diameter of up to 700 mm and a height up to 350 mm. (Tools of a 55 MN extrusion line.)

Dismantling Press - To press the die out of the tool ring
Our specialty are dismantling-presses that can handle up to 3(4) different die-holders. This way usually the tools of all extrusion-lines can be disassembled (expressed) with only one of our universal press.
A simply constructed dismantling press which is mostly positioned directly at the extrusion presses, in order to press the dies (matrices) from the tool ring. REISCH has been supplying dismantling presses in various sizes since 1992.
