Tools constitute the main competence for the production of aluminium profiles and therefore demand particular attention. The term Tool Handling harbors the trendsetting combination of two very successful components: The Baff Shear and the Tool Dismantling Press.
Operational sequences of a simple tool: Chain Feed - Manipulator - Dismantling Press - Manipulator (also rotates the die by 180°) - Baff Shear - Manipulator - Evacuation Belt
